Vila starts the battle with 4 moxie so you buff Marcus turn 1 and then ult turn 2. Use Vila's precast incantation on herself every turn so she can passively gain moxie without using AP. If you do that and reapply her buff to Marcus when it runs out then you should have 100% uptime on Vila's ult. As for Mercuria, make sure you're using her 5* anecdote psychube (One with the Flow) instead of her 6* signature one, as it's actually much better for her. Then all you have to do is spam Marcus's cards as they enter your hand and watch the magic happen.
