With mash being the final servant (she is unusable until the end) and beating the final boss Mash/Protag/both of them makes a heroic sacrifice or maybe none of them dies (since mash dying would be part 1 repeat all over again).This would lead into part 3/FGO2 that would be announced next year. Gameplay wise you can still play your servants and they would just rerun the past events after their content pipeline ends (after valentines/possibly last anniversary).
