The biggest issue with this ending is that Guda gains fucking nothing in the end. The entire journey was for nothing, character-wise. He doesn't have any wisdom to share with the next generation, he doesn't get to sail to not!Heaven like Frodo, he doesn't gain shit from any of this. He doesn't even get to act like a cool war. It's not an ending, it's just tossing the book into a fire. Pure shit.

for some personal reasons this whole month was very bad for me , and well , I still feel weird about this ending.like, I fighted Maris today because I didn't understand japanese and just rushed the fight and all of it without really doesn't knowing anything. and now, after reading the spoilers, I don't really know how to feel with the "ending" I choosed.like, this was PROBABLY the best ending possible. it's a kinda lame way to end a story of 10 years? yeah. but the fact that Fujimaru and Mash had their "happy ending" it's good, and that makes me happy, Fujimaru after being trapped on a cycle of "suffering develops character, suffering develops character" over and over again (they fighted Demon Gods, Beast of Humanity, ORT, Kali, the Moon Cancer, and now Maris CHALDEAS, without even being on their 20s) and now they finally meeted Mash (their true souldmate) and can live a quiet life together it's amazing for thembut at the same time ... yeah , I still have a lot of questions. what happened to the Foreigners ? Kirei told us that Metatron punishment was wrong and that will never happen, but that's true? can we truly save Olga and make her happy finally?this "happy ending" makes me sad. because I don't want to let go of FGO. I love my Servants, I love the histories from it, I love Fujimaru Ritsuka, who's a amazing character even if it's a "pseudo-self insert" of the player. there's a lot of thing left to explore , the Lovecraft Gods, there's a lot of places and Servants I want to see, I want to see Horus, Ra, Apophis being a Beast Class Servant, La Llorona being a 5 Berserker Servant, I want a TRUE singularity in Latinoamérica, I want to see more Servants from Africa and a lot more of things.I know that "every story has a end", but ...
