I still think 4-pcs gog + lord is the best thing all-rounder build you could possibly ask for. My preferred personal favorite build is LagiRey, and with a Gog weapon and a perfect roll on Lord’s Soul + Leviathan’s Fury, I get to have 4 pcs Lagi benefit while still keeping guts.I might invest in that and enhance my Jolteon build even further once I finally roll Guts + Gogmapocalypse on my dragon elemental. The latter skill saved my ass a lot.

What lessons do you think Capcom will learn from MHWilds?
Just finished AT Jin with the WyvernBlast setup. Some thoughts:The Gravios HBG does assloads more with a similar setup than the Gog gun, and has more varied ammos (Clusters, namely, but also sleep) so is more fun BUT with Gog I can get 4P Shield + Gravios Protection + Burst Boost. Losing the 4P Shield is kinda scary in 9* hunts where shit just explodes you instantly...Also since you're just maxxing out raw I ended up with a lot of unused slots I just pumped into Evade Window/DistanceIn the end Gog HBG suffers from the same issues as Artian (and a lot of HBGs in Wilds) - Each gun is so specialized you end up just shooting one ammo and you can't shoot anything else even if you wanted to. (e.g. Gravios has Sleep but no Wyvern, so why bother). I think I'll stick with the Gravios HBG for now and just drop Burst Boost. Being able to switch between -some- ammos at least adds some variety and Clusters regen meter quite a bit now.

>>551755515Pretty much. If you don't really want to gamble that hard, I'd suggest moving to an Elemental build. Then you only need Gog on your weapon. Gog weapon, Boots, Waist and Gloves. Gore Chest and Helm. That give you most damage stats if you use Agi 3 Talisman (again no need for gacha) at max with WeX at 2 but you're still at max crit even without it. Also lets you use the buffed flayer set and gives you 3 evade window and 3 free 1 slots for diving blessing or quick sheath or something else to fix resistances or whatever.But you'll need a raw set regardless for AT Arkveld next year.
