Even if the opponent knows Uno's frame data by heart his plus frames and consistent throw bait give him very good no-nonsense strike/throw in a game where strike/throw is 90% of all mixups, and his f.H makes him a threat at a range where most characters have nothing to threaten in return. His divekicks are strong and the block/parry/TK divekick defensive RPS can be very disruptive to offense from characters who are good at covering more standard options like DPs.
