Or at least I would say that, but I believe Harpies are the best so yes they are. With enough training they can also breathe fire and make hurricanes and shred solid steel (cool bird facts!) and their dances are the greatest ever!

If you include things other than MGQ, I can't really think of a specific favorite off the top of my head. It doesn't help that properly robotic robot girls are so incredibly rare. Girls Frontline is the best example of having robot girls that actually feel like robot girls that I'm both aware of and have read, but the vast majority of the designs still have few, if any, robotic aspects. I'm still rather fond of the few that do though.
I still have an extremely petty hatred of Nier: Automata for popularizing the least robotic robot girls ever.

You know, I think TrTr did not see the ugly implications of his Judge/Breaker ending really clearly.
Judgment ending said that Luka judged only a few hundred people worthy after wiping out a ton of planets, which means he is not sparing any Luka, Alice, or any Ilias in his crusade, and sending them into Chaos deletion.
Because neither of these three have a counterpart in the MW/Singularity world, Breaker is just killing a ton of Lukas, Alices, and many Ilias and sending them into Samsara cycle of the new merged world.
You can say that none of these characters have to exist in multiple AU worlds, but I think it's safe to assume plenty of them do.

Plenty of people liked the third route, it's only the state of the postgame that people are mixed on.
That being said I found my own solution well in advance and there's apparently another glitch still present in the final version that can be used to accomplish the same thing so I'm more-or-less content. It's a great ride. The reason it's called NG++ by some is because "NG+" is something already present in the game, and the official name for it [golden route with ■■■] is a bit wordy for something summed up as "NG++".

Also, this absolutely does not matter at all, but I did not realize until yesterday just how small almost all of the restaurants actually are. Totally justified to be fair. trtr had far, far more important things to do than spend a ton of time on the interior design for every single town building. Plus some of them are perfectly cozy in their own right from the size. But having the luxury to just go balls to the wall with it seeing the contrast between what I've been making and all the ones in the game was kind of funny to me.

Does anybody remember how the Violated Hero series never really got fully translated?

VH6 only got some scenes translated.
VH5 got completely ignored
VH4 only got its scenes transltaed.
VH 3 and 2 had several graphics left as is.

You gade to have the game with dargoth's patch already installed. Just drop it in the folder and replace the files.

Things that I have translated:
-Title screen (used the subtitle in the eng page of the game rather than a literal translation. It fit better)
-Tutorial
-Status screen
-Book profiles for regular enemies and mini-bosses (their names remain as Dargoth translated them, the rest I had to use DeepL for)
-Enemy titles during combat (Amu and Xueli are unique in that their names are written twice, I think first in katakana and then in kanji, so I added the meaning of the kanjis bellow their names (Dark Dream and Beautiful Snow))
-lvl up messages (for some reason only the first one was already translated. Dargoth already translated all the level titles so I used them)
-Minimap names
--Names of zones
-Quick save/load message
-Combat buttons' names.

Will I translate the other games?
Maybe VH3? Likely not the rest, though I could do the graphics if anybody translates them.
The files this engine uses can be opened as txt files, but from what I have seen there is a 'wrap' command for every ford in a sentence, so I get the feeling it would take forever to do manually and mess with any automatic translation.

Don't expect any timetable, though, I was just bored.

Unfortunately, the 'tiny fixes' patch that was adding all the currently finished english translations into the MTL is almost certainly no longer going to be updated.
I had become acquainted with the guy by chance during the period earlier in the year when the site had gone down, and he'd helped me and others with a lot of issues regarding coding. Even if I didn't know him too well, he was a nice guy, so when I saw the post with the Nanabi in the prior thread I immediately realized that was him and went to check on him only to discover he'd changed his profile that day to say he had killed himself and neither I nor anyone I asked could get a response. I still can't. I've heard Elin goes kind of in that direction, but I haven't played it so I can't say for sure. You could probably mod Skyrim for that if you are desperate, and there's probably a dwarf-fortress lite that works if you use your imagination on those pixel graphics. Maybe look into Cultivation Simulator, but I'm just guessing here.

But for the full experience you'd have to make your own game. I can kind of see it work: You have different tribes that cover the gameplay styles and each has various sub-species that serve as your units. One set of building assets per tribe, but this genre is usually light on assets so a good fit for a solo developer.

Now you've got me thinking and I'm going through my old notes about a base building game.

>Premise
You start with a group of survivors after some unspecified disaster in a non-descript fantasy world. You start an outpost in a chosen location and try to survive and rebuild. Players pick one tribe at game start to spawn their units from. Humans could be one of the tribes or a special all-rounder type unit.

>Survivors
These are your usual colony game units. They have various stats, traits and needs to manage. But since we have monster girls, we replace a lot of the mundane drudgery with fantastical elements. Like Undead needing magic instead of food, so they thrive in unusual places. Or harpies have very high movement speed, which makes them great at exploring and looting the world map.
Each character has one Tribe and one Species and then aquires extra traits as you play with them. So minotaurs are usually warriors, but this one became a medic because your camp needed one at the time.

>Tribes
These are very general groups of monster girls. Harpies, Undead, Aquatic, Demon, Robots, etc. You only want a few of them and each should have high-impact, playthrough defining abilities. Might want a special "Other" category because you will never have a classification system that gets everything right(see Six Anchestors).

>Species
The specific type of monster girl. Eagle, Vulture, Owl Harpy and so forth. There are also some rarer species(e.g. Phoenix) that you can recruit(maybe evolution system?). Species have smaller traits like stat boots or extra multipliyers on some activity.

>Recruiting
You can gain new units through various means: random event adds them, meet them on the world map, make deals with other settlements. You could also add a reproduction system, but I think that would require monster boys or become a massive headache to balance.

Tbdesu with you I'm hanging on to my Monster Girl XCOM concept with a vise grip. I don't know if I'll ever make it but a nu-xcom with depth and monster girls would be great if I either became obscenely talented or filthy rich.

Gather resources, invest them into expanding your capabilities, expand your influence. The endgame could be about uncovering some mystery, stopping some threat or conquering the world.
