I just did the stupid Stingray quest where the supposed attempted "kiss" is supposed to happen and guess what, of course nothing at all happened and the people are spreading misinformation and perfectly taken screenshots out of contest. The most romantic thing you can gather from that is Lynae blushing after the feather flies away, but there was basically no reaction from the Rover and there is zero romantic feelings being shown throughout the whole cutscene. You can excuse Lynae blushing in front of Rover since he is so handsome and charismatic, but that's where things stop.Compare that to Chisa's story, where she very clearly and explicitly tries to get his attention, proposing him out on a date which he willingly happily accepts, where he himself is interested in showing Honami's points of interest to Chisa, plus the famous cutscene under the cherry blossoms, and he way he so kindly talk to Chisa during such a special moment, it's obvious that she is still the number one girl in his heart in Lahai Roi. Lynae will probably be forgotten right in the next story patch, while Chisa will continue to have small tidbits with the Rover sprinkled here and there, until the story allows for something more serious to happen between us
