Tw player here. Fuuka becomes functional at A1 (better rotation+12%crit) and really shines at A2 (automatically uses HL the first time you summon a backup). However, you need to think a little bit to optimize rotations with Fuuka and her power depends on the units you can slot in as backup. Chord A1/4* luce for his 4 turn pierce/windv are all popular options. Shes fun but expensive. Invest in awareness before weapon if you decide to grab her.

I don't know why but for some reason this is the first unit since the game release for me that made me question if I should get A1 or not (first time as well, since most of my other A1 where from failed 50/50 or failed pulls or other means) maybe we just don't have enough info but I know for sure as a f2p player they are worth it but I am faced with problem of lacking a bit in currency (10k something gems and free 10 cards) but it kind doesn't seem risky for me since at most the next unit I want is just wind vast (kinda want more nav in my team why I think I should pull for phoebe as well) and that still far from the future and maybe it'll be good to get a copy since i got most of the roster (cept for phoebe, yuseke, and yui) but then how good will it be is it like messa A6 or just a meh upgrade......

If you like their design do it otherwise save your gems all the units they replace you could just pull for, we have a full window in the future pulls and can very easily see if you pull someones the twins are as good as.
