Find some presets you think look good and see what sliders they're adjusting compared to others that look less good, figure out how to play with the sculpt menu. SAM does a lot of the heavy lifting for the actual screenshotting part these days, way easier than fucking around with the console. Making your game pretty in general with lighting and nice enviroments to take screens in is good. Outside of that it just takes practice, you'll learn stuff like framing and angles with time. I wish I still had some of my old awful stuff from when I started back around 2017, and even almost a decade later I still take plenty of really ugly screens that I just throw away.
