Doesn't seem to swing one way or the other since they pretty much stalemated when it came to a fight (although Mashu had Guda by her side, sometimes he makes a difference, sometimes it's irrelevant). Mashu has the meme cannon though, so in theory nobody should match her "firepower", but we also don't really know how strong Galahad's round table cannon is. I'd wager he's better in CQC because of his bullshit counters though, and seems more experienced in combat overall.
