You want her to consume the Dream Points these use on Aftershocks, so even if you wanted to go for damage, you're already better off letting her fuckoff and do it from off-field. The most you ever do with her is BA5 to start the round, then have her come in to refresh occasionally with EX or ultimate. That's it. And they gave her beautiful animations despite all that.The other supports don't need to build HP to be effective too, they can actually build anomaly or some damage. Everything about Lucia punishes you for actively playing her.
