Tons of food and ammo out there, hardly ever need to buy anything. Iconics everywhere, fighting costs nothing, nades and hp items are infinite, ammo is plentiful and every trashcan has fully edible cheeseburgers.So unless the mods make enemies drop nothing and they remove world spawn items then it won't matter how much they nerf the economy you will be filthy rich quick.

Disabling scanner bullet time can tense up things further if you choose to do so. Dark future can also be impactful. The beefiest example is setting combat stress to high. You'll always be at risk of having an anxiety attack mid-combat after detection. In other words, it puts constant pressure on you to either finish a fight as fast as you can or retreat back into stealth. There's more stuff, like unsteady hands, which also impacts stealth if you use a silenced gun. Addictions etc all have a further impact if you allow it to happen. TWR can make certain stealthy approaches harder too. There are probably more example mods, but this is just from the top of my head. Combat mods may not impact stealth directly, but they make punishing bad plays a whole lot harder. If you get detected in vanilla, you can still shoot your way out, while you are way more likely to fail modded due to all the previously "invalidated" stats and combat mods coming into play. Other playstyles have their way of invalidating the same shit in different ways too. You can make any playstyle a lot harder with mods and a basic RP ruleset, my choom.

I've been playing with the new TWR for a bit. I did a bit of testing. The reinforcements during general combat seem to work as intended. The paranoia system, not that much. It doesn't mention the chance of trigger (and there are no options for it) but I haven't seen it trigger yet, and I'm intentionally leaving a few behind so I can see it happen. I just cleared the wicked tires autoshop (gig: Life's Work) and left one standing who has a convo with one gonk and should see another. I've been afk'ing next to him as I type this while all his friends are gone. The gonk remains oblivious. Maybe the threshold is really high, or it's still a bit buggy, idk. Has anyone else tried it? Curious if anyone has seen it work and got reinforcements called in that way.

>>552816338No. I prefer Mod organizer 2 anyway. It helps you organize and manage (duh) your mods so you are less prone to fuck up anything. Shows you which mods have updates and where mods are conflicting. It keeps all files out of your game folder, runs different instances, etc etc. Basic stuff like disabling a mod simply by unchecking it instead of removing the files manually. Makes it easy to pinpoint problematic mods. There's a small learning curve setting it up, but it's so worth the problem free modding experience. Speaking of Scavs, why does the game act like the VDBs have an ironclad grip on Pacifica when it seems like they only have a little bit of real turf in one half of the district (Coastview)? West Wind Estates are completely overrun with Scavs, the Russian community there has to be at least as big as the Haitian one.
