>>552436726Dual spec isn't too bad. Build crit everywhere possible, then mastery/versatility. Luck and haste you don't care about besides what you get from raid gear. MC+MS for beam, MC+Boyce for icicle but MC+MS is your next best option.

Icicle doing more damage is nice and all but how well does it survive in the equivalent of M20 content in S2? Moonstrike is the class of choice at the moment because it is tanky enough to survive most random things that would oneshot frostmages and marksmen while shitting out more DPS. Even if Icicle beats Moonstrike in S2 it won't be relevant for endgame content if it keeps dying to any breeze.

I'd recommend first just focusing on getting crit as the big stat, even with luck as the small, and using beat performer to get crit+haste for the neck since it can't have luck. From there I think good purple lines actually matter more than the smaller substats. You can try to adjust the pool to get more wane drops by swapping at the end of a run but I wouldn't do that until really pushing for that last thing. And IDK if that changes in s2
