Might be a genuine bug or because of how base ATK works. The rest does actually multiply. Pen is "the best" because it applies to all of your damage dealt. This changes however for shit like mark builds, as 80% mark damage is such a big value.Debuffs are as such extremely good because not only do they help your entire team, they are a multiplier you don't even HAVE without having the debuff to begin with. And things get really fun when you add elemental damage taken debuffs with for example skill damage taken debuffs as those should multiply just as much as the buffs do. It's the secret to Nazuka's Flower Formation damage:-One potential gives elemental damage% for the formation damage-One amps elemental damage taken-One gives generic skill damage-One gives a direct damage increase-One gives an ATK buffAll of these increase the damage by a certain % and then multiply. This is how damage gets big in this game and you see millions of damage being dealt even though the damage multiplier and ATK value isn't even that big. We don't know how exactly every single potential works quite yet, but from the damage values it's easy to see that there's a LOT of multiplying going.
