"Playing" monsters isn't a real mechanic in any form of Yugioh and because of that, it bypasses all of the on-summon traps on a game that is already sorely lacking in defensive options. There's zero justification for making a skill like this other than DL's insistance on pandering to people who don't want to play the game. I'm glad they at least nerfed it to limit what you can use with it. But it still shouldn't exist at all. The ones that let you summon for less tribute are already too much, but making up broken ways to dump monsters onto the field shouldn't be a thing.

I guess the level 7 guy can protect the cards in your backrow while you try to get everything together, but having to get 5 specific cards to do the ritual seems unreasonable.

I think someone mentioned in a previous thread that the real life white rider didn't use a sword, complaining that this card's art was likely based on an MTG white rider card featuring Gandalf holding a sword. Iirc it was mentioned the real white rider wielded a pole arm, don't remember which exactly.Well, looking more closely it seems to me like this card is actually holding a weird looking spear and not a sword, so maybe they actually got it right.Also its effect is as follows[Requirement]: if you have 10 or more cards in your deck[Effect]: this card's name becomes Voidvelg Palerider. Afterwards, send the top 3 cards of your deck to your graveyard and then you can add 1 Voidvelg Requiem or Dark Galaxy normal monster to your hand from among the cards sent.
