If you want to make gcd healing what you're doing 95% of the time you also have to nerf gcd heals a significant amount to the point that they start feeling like dogshit. Pressing 5-6 gcds and seeing your parties hp increase by 25% makes every heal you press feel awful.
Less ogcd heals = more gcd heals = doing less damage = bad and not fun

I shouldn't feel like whatever phantom job I choose doesn't affect anything but unfortunately Yoshi P decided everything needed to appeal to raiders so these skills I spent hours maxing only make an impact in the raid I will never do
