Something has to be bugged with 105mm HEAT, at least on the Booker. I brought my good old M46 Tiger to 10.7 only using 90mm HEAT and it does more damage, pens more often and overpressures light vehicles more consistently.

Active radar missiles with datalink mean both the missile and plane that launched it can track you at the same time and possibly give you two different angles, but there's no magical solution to that outside of hoping for the best and then dodging the missile normally. At long range you can also make like a tree and leave - just go away from the missile and it won't be able to catch you because as a plane you have vastly more endurance.

I seem to recall this being a complaint for a long time about the Marder but it faded out when SPAA started mega dominating because it would be a stealth-buff to their survivability.
