I dunno if this was a fluke but this Stamlet Oguri won against my Libra Aces in an Arima CM practice lobby.Did a 2nd race as well where she got rushed and she finished 2nd, losing to the Taishin. NSM does not proc for her since I don't have any Long Fronts and the NPC Fronts are shit and get passed too earlyIn both races it looked like the Oguri was slowing down a bit near the end but I'm not sure if that's because of End Closer final spurt buff or because she was running out of StamI think 650 Stam will be more than good enough for an Oguri, this is a Pace too so if you want a Late/End you could get away with less Stam though you won't have a guaranteed Gold recovery so that could fuck you over.
