One of the lowkey most broken things this patch. Hecarim and Jayce and just about everyone who can feasibly build Muramana is going to go insane over this. I think you can even go Fimbulwinter on Ezreal over Frozen Heart (sucks to lose out on Warden's Mail but) which is really good because you get some AD from the mana scaling in Muramana.
