The girl in the park Mal-sook can kill you over is kyul365 (Went by winter something when she streamed on Twitch before shutdown)
soo_flower has a cameo in the cafe when Mal-sook is talking to that agent, she used to be on Twitch before shutdown too
And I'm almost sure I've seen the girl in the street in Yu-na's ending as well but I don't know her name
And technically both Gran and Mal-sook stream but I guess I wouldn't call them streamers per se

I've played 2 Chinese AFMVs now and the endings to both have been the same. You choose which girls route you are going for , then she sets you down and says "I'm going to ask you three questions, and if you don't answer right I'm leaving." It is so lazily presented.
