Once you see someone you want to shoot then shift to a larger crack. This makes you less obvious. I used to do "Best/Worst Job In The World" up there and had a pretty chill time as long as you aren't just perched on an obvious section. Most people only briefly scan the dome, they aren't camping somewhere watching it 24/7. That said the new suppressor changes will affect your stealth up there, they used to be totally silent past 100m which is basically anything past the hillside. But now that you can hear them at ~200m you'll likely attract attention from people in the buildings below you.

If there are 3-4 squadfags together, the likelihood of 75% of the squad linking up early on is much more guaranteed. Overall, it slows down the raids because it adds an element of squads needing to link up before they carry on with whatever task they're trying to do. It makes the game more fun. And less bullshit for everyone else.
