The humor in this comic comes from a literal and slightly disturbing interpretation of a medical procedure. In the first few panels, Tico explains that she is performing a "gastric camera" exam on Deliford. Instead of using a normal endoscope, she is using a magically thinned-out version of the character Vyrn (the small dragon) to snake through Deliford's nose and into his stomach.Tico admits that since Vyrn has no medical knowledge, she just tells him to take notes and draw sketches of what he sees. The joke peaks in the final panels when Tico accidentally "stabs" the inside of Deliford with the Vyrn-camera. She tries to brush it off by whispering that no one will notice a small wound, but Lyria overhears her. The comic ends with Deliford visibly convulsing in pain from the internal injury while Tico tries to act like nothing is wrong.
