I don't think La Mancha will be break, because I don't think that will good for him saleswise even if expectations are low. His release team will probably be some combination of Hanabi, Cerydra, Sunday plus Dan, to skill a lot if he's gonna keep up with Archer and Hibana.Blade, maybe he'll work with Herta/Anaxa, maybe not. It would be cool if he and La Mancha could be on the same team, though I don't expect it. I think Kakavasha (or Sampo) is more likely as a supportive unit, like for Himeko perhaps.

I feel like it's too early to say that she will appear there or not, despite all the "Easter eggs" we might see. While the stories of the 2 games are not happening at the same time, there are many mysteries surrounding Vita that need to solved in HI3. This is unlike Welt, who was a character whose arc was concluded and served more like a mentor figure. - She's also a very complex character with important lore that could be troublesome to re-contextualize and reexplain in HSR. They might just want to avoid mixing them too much too avoid backlash from HSR-onlies.On the other hand, HoYo teased a lot of stuff with her and Sparkle in the future, so they might just go ahead and do it.
