Seasonal catchup gear is an archaic system from before delves were a thing. Turbo boost is the new thing. >>553169756Never been an issue for me. When i'm tanking there is only a couple of mobs per dungeon that even require me to think about pressing shield wall. When i'm dpsing i pump enough to kill the packs in a decent timeframe regardless of if my cooldowns are up or not. Though it helps that my cooldowns are all flexible and get reduced based on resource spent while also barely even being powerful cooldowns to begin with. Never noticed it as an issue for anyone in my party in all of my hundreds of M+ runs over the years at this point.
