I don't mind rolling the dice with weapons that drop during the run, but with so many it'd be nice to be able to peek over and double check if a certain AoW is worth it or not. A Great Unified Tierlist wouldn't work well when different builds look for different things. Do you rank the tiers based on raw output or do you factor in vulnerability states while using them? Does having Augur relic equipped change any of that? Does using 2 balancers change that? Does gaming the system via dormants change that? Does starting weapon skill fuckery alter your decision?Its too complex for a blanket list. But a generic top 10 phys and affin ashes would be a fine thing to work out. The top 10 in each would probably be the best of the best that flatten the plateaus and valleys of the discussion.

Beast Claw has almost ruined Revenant for me. Playing her any other way feels so unsatisfying. Even when highly specializing in other spell schools, she does less damage than Beast Claw and it costs more FP. Not to mention having to care about FP again sucks. I've been happy only need the 2 shards from each merchant to survive all game. Unfortunately it also makes her kind of boring. The only thing keeping her alive for me outside of Beast Claw is that she's one of the few characters that can do double balancers and necklace. That makes her a kind of fun melee character.

finally got through the base game, did everything except kill melania because shes annoying. Game is good but falls apart later on where every single enemy is reused from previous areas along with the minibosses. And besides, it's a good place to clear on day 1, since the enemies are low level. But my teammate pings the left most church after me. Then he fucks off. My other teammate is following me, which I'm glad for. We're 90% toward the ruins, when suddenly, he goes HURRR DUUURRRR and turns back to run to the church. So now my team is on the side of the great hollow, with only 3 bosses. 1 of which is too powerful to kill. I try to stick with my plan, but I find it's taking too long to kill anything on my own. So I run to a crystal, resonate, then take the hawk to the church, and meet my team there to fight a lion.Now most of day 1 is over, and we rucsh to kill a hippo, and then almost get ourselves killed to a regular tree setinel before running to the day 1 boss. Time COMPLETELY wasted, becuse they wanted to grab some churches.

However, when the rain clears, I and the other teammate run to bods My thinking is that the crystal is close. Yhere are no major enemies bewteen him and the crystal. He can resinate in a second and then join us in the fight. But he heaitates. So my teammate pings a far crystal up north. Not realizing there is a much closer crystal near us on a lower level. I get the near crystal, and finally the great crystal breaks. They both ping the great cyrstal, but 1 guy has to run all the way from the north, so he's late And the other guys doesn't know he can jump off the ledge, so he goes allll the way around. So me being first to the great crstal, I jump straight toward the boss arena. The second guy takes a retarded jump all the way to the right of the castle. The third guy takes forever to make the jump, and he goes far left. I try to find the guy who went right, but I don't realize he's on the upper level. so we don't meet where we're supposed to. The rain is coming, the left guy died and quits Then I die. The right guy just ran around accomplishing nothing. And we have to escape at only level 10 and 9. Artorias squashes us.
Anyone used this weapon before? Is it bait?The unique jump attacks hit a lot of times successively and also just look cool. Maybe you could get some stagger value out of it and you don't even need to dual wield? Even better if you have something in your offhand but I would probably just use it 2H with cragblade and the 2H talisman

Why is Artorias kicking my ass? I don't remember him being this hard in dark souls. In fact, the first few times I fought him in Nightreign, he was easy peasy.
