SL is bizarre as the five night setup is very pretty to look at but almost all the minigames are mediocre at best. Freddy's breaker room and the Funtime Auditorium with Foxy were the only non-Ennard parts I look forward to on replays. The rest is basically just noise like the Bidybaps or Ballora Gallery or an inconsistent pain like the springsuit and the diagnosis parts.

But the Custom Night addition raised SL from a 6 to an 8, maybe even a 9. It's one of the coolest offices in the series and it's not even the focal point of the game.

I placed 3 in second place because 3 is the only game of the six that requires you to use all the cameras to effectively track and manage the threats. I liked the atmosphere and how Springtrap blending in the environments demands you to really pay attention to what you're doing. I also liked the narrative payoff set up in the previous game where you learn that you're playing against the main villain of the series and the cause of everything that's happened thus far. I liked how it can work as the end of FNaF

SL is in last place because it shed too much of FNaF's identity in an attempt to reinvent itself for relevancy when people were sick of the series after FNaF World. I really don't like the hard shift to sci-fi and almost completely disregarding the subtle, paranormal elements of the series up to that point. I also don't like how SL added in HandUnit and tried to be more broadly funny, when the series up to that point took itself completely seriously, save for some dark humor lines here and there. The sci-fi stuff, broad humor, and giving the animatronics full-on personalities and self-awareness set a really bad precedent that laid the foundation for Security Breach and the Mimic.

To rant some more, I absolutely hated trying to press the button on Bon Bon, even more than the springlock section, and the Funtime Foxy auditorium's difficulty is broken over your knee when you realize that the flash beacon doesn't actually make Foxy more aggressive or anything. You can make the section a LOT easier simply by spamming the flash beacon.

The custom night addition is great because it's in the vein of what made the series great.

I'll always remember that a bunch of retards a week or so after the release of FNaF 2 who couldn't comprehend that the game was a prequel. They were so retarded that they couldn't fathom there could've been another location before FNaF2's.
