I finally beat a Yakumo user exactly once.This seems...okay...as a counter. BHoshino is in attack mode.The real key is you want to bring DMichiru and Saki. As for your characters, at least one should deal damage and be stocky, two should be tanks, and the last...not sure. I'm just using the cop because I always use the cop. BHoshino can fairly reliably drain a lot of health off of Tsubaki/hit SHanako a lot, and Saki is just purely there to eventually kill SHanako and to be a nuisance all around to the enemy.

If you figure out how to use her properly you can climb quite high with her.You will almost always have troubles with Marina if attacks happen before the stage debuff hits, this is true for any student because of her stupidly high evasion, you can see it with Kuroko whiffing her basic against her, Hibiki missing every hit and even see Nagisa trigger her immortality if it's an early skill too. Basically, any red dps student (and kuroko) with enough investment can destroy marina as long as the debuff is on her, otherwise it'll be down to luck.
