ok I'm finally done with the leagueit's my first year of playing poe and I think my understanding of the game has improved significantly throughout the year - crafting, build development, playing the market etc.started the league as a wolf oracle, and then metacucked as a Spark/CoC/Arc Blood Mage for temple running. The BM is easily my strongest toon so far, with some decent equips, such as a double corrupted max roll HH with fire res and life, a Diamond allocating lightning rod and and right hand of darkness, a well rolled vertex, a cute wand.I reached level 98 and would have maxed out if I played safer during crystal farming in maps. Reached thousands of divs in NW, but no mirror, though if I farmed for a few days in my juiced temple I would have reached that point but I was starting to get bored with temple runs.For the league mechanic - the temple is extremely fun to build, there is actually a lot of thought and small optimizations you can do during the building process to finish it faster, getting a good selection of rooms + saved medallions leading to adding 5 rooms in your snake feels gud. the tinks of a complete temple are just a sweetener. It's actually really fucking addicting and just thinking about it makes me want to rebuild a more optimized temple.The juiced temple rewards are way too overtuned - esp given that you cannot fail a run, and the mobs are too unthreatening. Enemy difficulty should scale faster with more juice imo.The temple provides the best exp, tier 5 loot, raw currency and gold, and even shits out free map and tablet sustain for your crystal runs. The temple should be dialed down in the next patch, and the base rewards should be improved.Things to learn in the next league:>more risk taking for the most rewarding crafts/corrupts, I feel I play it too safe>faster campaign runs, might bang out a few campaign toons before the next league just to practice and try out new buildsPoE2 good game, can't wait for the next patch

Playing Power Siphon Ritualist has really made me realize how cucked melee is. I do about 5 dps on a good day, maybe 10 on Mana Flare crits. I can only hit one enemy at a time and literally have to pick off one enemy from the pack per cast. The act 2 boss took 20 minutes. But this shit would not be possible on melee. You really get to know the bosses when you're spending 20 minutes dodging their attacks. Ranged characters can literally tap-cast and WALK to dodge the attacks of half the enemies and bosses in the game.I've learned nuances to the boss AI that are completely useless to me if I choose to play melee because melee has to stand fucking immobile in the enemy's face to do anything. I now know some bosses well enough to loop their AI on ranged characters but I'd still have to react to untelegraphed oneshots as a melee.

Whoever was telling me to use Nova in COC is fucking insane as was that build since it did literally nothing. I guess I must be too low level for E battery and MoM because any guide I find for meteor spark doesn't use either of those passives. It is so annoying these transitions in gameplay. The leveling build I used was Arc and orb of storms which was decent but ultimately an annoying combo to use and it simply wasn't spark so it annoyed the shit out of me for 10 hours straight. Shit makes no sense how is every single guide NOT MoM and Eldritch battery I don't get it. There is not a single resource I could find explaining how it works even.
