Most dialogue with Pilgrims and Heretics go towards Rapi nowadays. Even in the Summer event, Dorothy talked to Rapi more since that was a voiced "canon" event. Commander was hardly talking to her. There's even artwork that are described as "you three sitting at a table" but the Commander is nowhere in the picture.Even if Commander does talk to a Pilgrim, a member of Counters will put in their two cents and it's never a one-on-one dialogue nowadays. But to be fair, Nikke Main story wasn't really about romance.As for Pilgrim bonds and advises (and some non-pilgrims important to the main story), they are almost never focused on the romantic aspect. Rather they are more for expanding the story and having pleasant conversation.Ignoring the dead, the most romantic might be Scarlet. In the main story, you never communicate with her other than seeing off Marian. In fact, I don't even remember if the Commander had a single line of dialogue with Scarlet in the main story. So that bond story was needed just to get him to even know her (unfortunate if you do not own Scarlet). And the followup would be her NY's event.Then there's Cinderella who is infatuated with the Commander. Even her bond was more about showing appreciation for Grave, to the point the commander didn't want to be in the room and let them have their moment.Liberalio was probably a bond you would be looking for, but even that felt like an extension of the Main story. It really should've been in the Main story, but Commander and his dialogue with Pilgrims do not take priority over Rapi's group.
