Ambessa cannot. Why? Because they didn't think her passive through and only realized in playtesting that maybe it'd be a bad idea to have a gigatanky bruiser who itemized Voltaic Cyclosword as her first item for a very long time (maybe even now, I'm not sure) and a catching ultimate also be hypermobile on top of it. So they gimped her passive and she sort of feels stilted because of it. This also resulted in her abilities all being same-y as well seeing as how, just like Akshan, they didn't properly think her kit through and had to adjust her power level accordingly in playtesting.The other big reason I *personally* find her kit weird is because whenever I do play her it feels like everything she does is on an awkward half second delay - maybe it's that her animations are extremely slow or something.
