Only the level 9 synchro tuner need to be generic. Level 9 would be better than level 10 since you can pair harmonia with clip or hop ear and do a 6 + 3 = 9 for extra damage since the level 6 has no atk unless pair with the field spell. Level 5 synchro can be name lock like the other two and still be fine

The weird thing is that they were on their way to actually making Yugi.dek (and the REAL yugi.dek, not Dark Magician). Almost every single card he played got expanded into its own archetype, and maybe even got a fusion with Dark Magician. All they needed to do was a) make these archetypes compact enough to fit a couple in one deck and b) make these archetypes worth a damn.

And then they did the exact opposite. DM getting turned into Dragoon turbo with the TTP support is the closest thing. Gaia fumbles around and does nothing, BLS fumbles around even harder and ends on less than nothing, Magnet Warrior had to get bailed out by Bastion and even then needs the support of Earth.dek to work, Chimera is way too large and ended up part of Illusion.dek, Archfiend (version Summoned Skull) STILL does not have a coherent playstyle... It's this endless salvo of "people will buy these because Yugi used them so we don't need to make them good". It got so god damn bad they decided to reboot everything with Shining Sarc... only to pussy out and make Shining Sarc a decent deck skeleton but with no meat to pad it out. How in the world can a deck have 12 starters but nothing to DO?

In comparison, Jaden at least keeps getting support for the same HEROs. It's just too bad that none of them are on the level of support Aster's heroes got, and would you look at that Aster's cards are much, much better. It is 2026 and Jaden STILL does not have a fuse from deck spell. You are unironically supposed to use regular Polymerization.

Anzu went to america to live her dreams with kaz saying maybe she and Yugi may reunite someday, Asuka never held any notion that Judai would like her as a romantic partner and instead ended would like to at least see him again after she becomes a teacher, Aki became a doctor and head of a hospital, Kotori confessed to Yuma and he seemed to recieve her feelings, Yuzu after spending almost all the series being kidnapped and brainwashed got a shitty handshake as Yuya dashes off to duel his father.through it's clear they like each other that way.
