Been away from the game since like, 2016 or so, just came back this week
Unlocked a few things did a couple of quests (fortuna, deimos, the sacrifice). Now I want to improve the amp thing so I'm looking into hunting eidolons, but doing it solo seems to be a pain.
Finally getting a non-mote amp seems to help a LOT, but I find myself running out of energy on my frame so fast. I've been trying Volt since people seem to say he's best for electric shield reasons but I can't cast it with a lack of energy. The vomvalysts don't seem to drop energy so they're mostly a pain.
I've got my potato using Zenurik, but that doesn't seem to be helping regen energy? I'm not sure I knew how it worked back in the day anyway.

Movement is definitely not simple lol. There's a couple crazy physics exploits with rolling mid-air and aim gliding that let you go much faster.
When your shield hits 0 you become invincible for a short time, and then after that if you don't get hit for a while your shields regenerate. Any toxin damage will bypass shields, so watch out for that on infested maps. Stay away from the fart clouds.

I use the Sancti Castanas sometimes. I like them, but Akarius will usually do the same thing faster. Their damage is dependent on group density. In modern warframe, you can hold M1 to spam and manually tap the detonate button if you like, so they aren't too tedious to use.
Someone here liked Aegrit and posted about it. I think that they're fire and forget.
The Talons are like the Castanas, but their forced blast proc can't be boosted the same way that the Castanas' electric proc can be. I think that they're stuck in the forgotten pit, unless someone engineers a fun build for them.
