For three point lights, you usually want spotlights. Flat lights are just spotlights that are square instead of circular.>really unnatural/blown out or completely invisibleBoth Ktisis and Brio lights have the same setting (I think Brio copied Ktisis's messaging) called Falloff power. Basically as you increase it, the light gets "smoother" in a sense. This is a bit different from intensity, but you can play around with it. The simplest thing I do is just set up your three lights, toggle on all the shadows and push the falloff power to like 2-3 and intensity to maybe 0.5.
