Finished chapter 15. What a great start to a new arc, wow! There's so much to talk about. I loved seeing all the Elite Operators working together, it really drove home how serious the situation was. Mon3tr is neat, not like Kal'tsit but that's for the best, I'm looking forward to see how she develops. Speaking of, I have a lot of feelings about Kal'tsit being gone, even though it's not permanent. I feel extremely strongly about her, more than any other main story character I think. It's going to be very weird not having her around. Her presence in the story was always comforting in a way, even when she became increasingly nervous and uncertain as Priestess began to awaken. There's a lot more I could say, but the end result is I'll miss her. As for Priestess, I think she might be my favorite main story antagonist, I really like her in that way! But I can't forgive her for killing Kal and blowing up my house, so I don't know if I can like her outside of her role as villain. We'll see if that changes, though!The final scenes were interesting too; of course there was the Masses' Travels hook, can't wait to start that. But whatever Hierda did with the Infected when she touched him is what I'm really thinking about. He had the Priestess Rhombus on his forehead too, so that can't mean anything good.Overall, very fun read and I can't wait for chapter 16. I'm really, really glad I didn't skip straight to my cute wife's event, what a major disservice that would've been to the entire narrative. Thanks again to that anon who told me to read the story in-game, that made the whole experience so much cooler from the UI stuff to text display to gameplay. So cool. I really can't wait to have more of this arc and see how everyone's adjusting to these massive changes. And finally I'll be able to start The Masses' Travels, which'll probably be this week. I'm excited!
