The version of this game in my head when they announced a Kodaka and Uchikoshi game with fire emblem gameplay that takes place over 100 days and has 100 endings was one with permadeath and you would get sorted into different endings based on which characters you can keep alive over the 100 days. You would retain levels after every ending so the game would expect you do die early on first playthrough and build roadblocks around you being too underlevelled to reach the true ending. The closest to this we got in the actual game was Moko dying in scenario 1 and you save her in scenario 2.

Eito as a villain is all right, but him chilling out/being redeemed in a few routes does not justify that in the vast majority of the story he is an unrepentant monster who see's himself as morally justified killing and making others suffer and thus letting him live is actively dangerous for the rest of the Students (as he proves many times). Its only under very extreme circumstances of Second Scenario that he actually grows at all.I can pity that with his condition he was kind of screwed from the get go, but just because I can pity/understand why he's the way he is that doesn't make him less dangerous of a person.

Oyama wrote KG along with co writing Rebellion neither of which had Kodaka help so they were probably done before he got roped in to help, I’m guessing Oyama is responsible for her existing in the story but Kodaka still came up with the plot point of Eva having a daughter named Kamyuhn. I guess makes her more of a candidate for merch than the G’ie and time travel related stuff?
