Heavenly Starving Venom quick-fuses using itself plus DARK monsters on either field as material.
Heavenly Clear Wing quick-Synchros by first summoning a WIND Tuner and then using any of your monsters as material.

So I'm trying to imagine what Heavenly Dark Rebellion's quick-Xyz would look like. While the other Heavenly dragons can use themselves to summon Greedy Venom and Crystal Wing, this guy would need to treat itself as the OG Dark Rebellion to summon Dark Requiem, and we can already tell it won't do that.

Use Horoscope or Astrograph to get into the Supreme King engine, climb through Beyond and Exceed (and maybe Electrumite if she's legal), making Odd-Eyes Absolute along the way so you can link it off to float into Vortex. End on Vortex, Baronne (if she's legal), Horoscope on the scale, and IP + body so you can link into SP on the opponent's turn. If you're feeling fancy or opened well enough you can try setting up a Z-Arc with Solfachord too.

If they care about flavor, the ideal Yuya endboard should have all the summoning mechanics. They're halfway there: Vortex is always going to be there and you're encouraged to make Exceed to grab Horoscope back from the ED. XYZ is easy for pendulum to shit out (maybe the new Rebellion?), so the only thing they're left hanging on is a synchro. It's already easy to shit out a tuner and make Baronne or Arms of Genex, Yuya just needs an actual god damn Synchro boss that is worth something. And if retrains are on the table...

(I'd also appreciate either a Link 4 evolution to Exceed that has a useful quick effect or a proper target for Exceed's "pendulum summon")
