Another thing that weirds me out is his extremely rough and loose sketches of Lanolin he posts for Twitter relevancy and probably to help with his commission biz. Why is it so unfinished and scrambled together looking? You can say it's a sketch but those are super rough, like done in 10 minutes kind of rough with disjointed lines, vague shapes, and messy coloring. His old covers did get high praise back in the day. I get the sense that back in the day his style was more of a "that's a pleasant rendition of Sonic" than something strongly distinct. Still though, he did design Lanolin so it's not like he's got no originality.

I just keep on with targeting areas in groups, and constantly do new stuff to shake up the routine. If you do one thing too much it A:) becomes boring and B:) your body gets used to it. Also repetition matters much more than weight. Dont worry about getting higher weight, simply do more. Recomposition is also good to look into, basically, eat meat and fat before workout, which tells your body to use those fat reserves instead of reserving them. Fat is good as a fuel, bad as a storage.
