Just because you're not aware you're playing cheater doesn't mean you aren't. Modern cheating is not just some schmuck playing every single computer move like it was 10-15 years ago. It's opening an overlay via a browser extension and just nudging the game towards a win. With a minimum of finesse, it is undetectable by both anti-cheating algorithms or human users.

CC rating or Lichess rating? I remember being 1100 rapid on Lichess the week I started playing chess, and I'm borderline retarded. If Lichess, then yeah, this list is spot on. Up to 1500 (CC), it's basically all about not making one/two move blunders and spotting basic tactics. As long as you learn from your blunders and spam puzzles, you'll reach 1500 sooner or later. Above that (unless you're somewhat gifted), you actually have to start putting some dedicated work in.
