Man I feel baited by that move to hand shackles of hunger. It's only worth anything if you also get the unique voluntary control that gives 1 predation whenever a card moves to hand... But that really fucks over your voracity generation. In general it's surprisingly hard to generate a good amount of Voracity, it just gets chewed up way too fast. You'd think that means using her with single big hitters like Haru, but the damage buffs being additive rather than multiplicative means they're not as effective overall on stuff like that. In general her kit is just... Weird. It feels like it's support for a unit we don't have yet.

Chizuru can hang out in the back while the other party members add up damage and wisps then come in with the killing blow. But Chizuru's Bound gimmick limits what teams she can join, so it's hard to say for sure.
