She's part of a group of "Unique" Lesser Nobodies that have a lot of willpower but just lacking enough NOT to pop out of the darkness in human form somewhere on their own. Also the original was a GBA exclusive so notably not everyone would have played it.So both had a justification for a remake, whereas a KH1 doesn't as it's readily available on 7th, 8th and 9th gen consoles as well as PC.

I think it's more likely that KH4 is a soft reboot. Very few returning characters aside from those strictly necessary. Out of all of the mobile game content without Missing Link only Strelitizia's situation is probably going to be majorly relevant and the trailer doesn't seem to have her hide that Quadratum is an afterlife to her so it'll be one of the first things you know about her. Unless KH4 becomes a considerably longer game than the series standard it'll be very basic in regards to what it talks about from previous games.
