Frankly, they should get rid of the entire weapon rarity system and turn every weapon into a specific niche but the same "tier". Hairpin should be nearly silent no matter the range but low damage. Bettina should be very high armor and ARC damage with a low mag size. Stitcher should be the bog standard weapon but not the shield/HP shredder it is. and so on

Honestly I can deal with the shit balance a little, but what really killed my motivation was the matchmaking system. To progress it feels like you need to metagame it, because every lobby that isn't 99% Chungartha is extreme rat hell because everyone is metagaming this shit. So even being one step out of line doesn't put you into a mixed lobby, it puts you with the every kos freegro and every pvp sweat where you better be the best player in the lobby or play extremely slowly and ratty if you want to survive so you can't really do any progress towards anything. But Chungartha 24/7 while extremely lucrative loses all of the charm and tension the game had on launch. People just walk around like NPCs practically ignoring you outside of the few people on mic, it's great for progression but feels so boring. I've just not logged in for 5 days even though I've been lurking the general. I'm just waiting until something changes and I'll be back a week before expedition to grind out the 5mill (if they dont change how it works), but other than that I just can't bring myself to play unless I want to just go blow my load in pvp lobbies, but I find other pure pvp games more fun. And if I want a fun pve shooter I'll just go play a modded STALKER or something.

Movement really does not matter at all, its completely up to whoever reacts first and who has the best TTK weapon.Holding cover really is the worst possible idea when everyone has the ability to craft nades on the fly with low costs and smoke grenades are cheap as well.The only thing you could really do is remove the naked safe pocket, put it on the "free kit", remove the gun from the free kit and give it the safe pocket. Otherwise people will always just be using the free kit when they have a near 75% chance of just getting the best gun in the game without benefits.Free kits shouldn't even really exist, if we're being honest.

If you are having trouble getting ganked in solo PVP just use the smoke augment. It's borderline throwing in duos/trios but for solo it will save you from ambushes. TTK isn't the issue, your lack of awareness is.

Then go out down to the hatch near red lakes, run around and pick up the apricots from the trees. You'll always get at least 10, which is 30 seeds recycled in speranza. The scrap tower east of testing annex also has 3 or 4 more breachables for sensors if you need to make hatch keys. You usually find one advanced electrical component on the run. In chungartha nobody bothers you. Springs are also a currency because most important upgrades use them.

Not only are the arcs in the areas blown up by the time I get there but even when I spawn with a lot of time, I'm going to buildings and they're completely empty. Like I have been to some buildings on spaceport and they are full to the brim with pops, flamers, etc. I go into the building today? Literally not one enemy, maybe a wasp outside. Stella is the worst because it has no open sky and the ARC that do respawn are generally pops/shredders. Other maps just spawn shit in near instantly.
