I went all the way down to 1.2k CR trying various Forest decks, notably a very aggro version running Grace of the swarmpetal. I guess it's roach or bust, although I do have a good wr with Rose Queen.Found Wolfraud very underwhelming. It's kinda like Oluon in that it's a high variance card that can randomly win you games ; but Oluon also wins *on the spot* a lot of the time and can also act as a big body with board clear, whereas Wolfraud often gives you a lot of crap.

I specifically like tempo decks: cheap, evasive, efficient creatures followed by some protection for them and an interaction suite that lets me either slow down aggro until I stabilize or delay control stalling to get just underneath them, where the biggest decision points are about what to point my bounce/removal/stall at and whether I should be playing control or aggro at each juncture. It is not a midrange deck, I am not necessarily looking to build a goodstuff.dek or just play the best value cards, it is a low curve deck by definition.I realize this is hard to get in most card games, but Magic obviously has it, and Hearthstone had it when I used to play (Leroy then Oil Rogue). So did Eternal and Shadow Era. Maybe something similar exists here.

You could look at the meta, pick a craft that looked interesting and viable, and then vial EVERYTHING that wasn't that craft. Say you're starting out with a swordcraft deck? You could go ahead and vial EVERY card from every other craft. Pull a random 1-off leggo for a craft that you don't care about? Into the shredder it goes. It didn't take long at all for you to fully assemble a single competitive deck for you to use as a breadwinner. It took some time before you could entrench yourself to the point where you could whimsically build many different expensive decks, but it didn't take long to build ONE deck if you just dedicated all of your resources to it. But in worlds beyond you can't vial jack shit until AFTER you have a playset. So that random 1-off leggo that you don't give a shit about just collects dust. Also IIRC they nerfed the value of silver cards. Over the long term silvers were the bread and butter source of vials in OG SV, but they fucked over silvers in worlds beyond and now you get jack shit for vials until you start completing leggo playsets.OG shadowverse also had something called temporary gems for making temporary cards. "Temporary" was kind of a shitty poorly chosen word for them. It was an alternative way to permanently craft a card. You just could only craft 1 copy of that card this way, and you couldn't vial it afterwards. So it was easier to amass usable playsets of leggos.This is meta dependent, but when I played there were more competitive cheaper decks too. While there were expensive decks that ran 15-20 leggos, there were also tier 1 and 1.5 decks that were cheap on the budget. I remember grinding with "Item Shop" rune with I think 0 leggos. Discard Dragon ran 3 leggos. Unlimited artifact ran 0 leggos. Aggro Shadow/Wrath blood ran ~6 leggos at the time
