Onsen Liberta is on regular rate-up, +5 that too.Then use the 1pick for some Phys DPS you like. I personally recommend Starlight Tyr, YLBlade and SERafina since they can bruteforce most of the game with their insane stats. If you get Blade you'll need at least 1 copy of Apostle and commit to pulling Onsen to finish her rotation.
