If there's a huge disparity between the people who do their hits and the people who don't, it could cause discontentment, potentially resulting in the high-effort players leaving. If nobody's there to keep the lights on, the platoon dies.That being said, it's also counterproductive to be anal about it, since that will exhaust and drive away the more casual players. So I think the logical choice is to try to be even-handed and encourage members to try to do their hits, even if it's just auto. That way, things feel more or less fair for everyone.At the end of the day it's nice to have different approaches in different platoons though. If you join a platoon you get an added daily to do a patrol (extra fight) and get the coins and few extra resources. There's a platoon shop where you can buy a few 1 time tickets, and a weekly shop to get some other resources like tubes, and gold chips. Main reason to max Papasha, besides being low-tier cute is that once she's V6 you can buy more to get a currency to exchange for more pulls.
