If you see you're solo tanking, lock in 4th DPS or third support and NEVER swap no matter what til your team mate goes tank. THEN you can go second tank. But if they swap after you go tank, immediately go back to DPS or Support. You basically force your team to sink or swim with you AND can get them restricted from competitive for not going tank.
