The turning circle for the starling is way better than the the raiju. If you know how to handle it and manage the boost, you can outdo the raiju. I won't go as far as to say it's a raiju killer like the rogue, but it kind of seems that way in the right hands. The only thing that makes the starling less powerful is the guns being normal machine guns and not explosive, and of course, the raiju is a tank as far as taking those shots goes, so fights can potentially be prolonged. A good player can take on raijus in most small fighter planes.

It was about 3 or so years ago I really got into it. A number of things have changed over time. The opressor mk2 of course became a scourge to the game and way over powered. The whole game ended up being balanced in it's shadow. The cayo perico heist used to have a very small cooldown but it got nerfed to take 2.4 hours to cool down, and 48 minutes if done with co-op. They share a bank account.On the mercenaries update they did one of the most offensive nerfs yet and nerfed cayo perico again, lowering the pays significnatly, for main loot and side loot. I don't know how the panther statue ever appeared normally, I hear it did and was just extremely rare, but these days it's literally deleted from the heist. On that same update they purged cars from all of the online stores, and they busted a bunch of player created race tracks somehow, so whole segments were missing. It wasn't long after this that they then, furthermore, nerfed payphone hits, which were once the best and highest paying 85k for assassination bonuses. They had a 48 minute cooldown, but they would randomly appear on the map disconnected from that cooldown sometimes, so they were way more lucrative, no less when incorperated into legitimate grinds. So put simply, grinding used to be better, and more rewarding.Another thing people don't like, is that the costs of released content like vehicles has inflated, despite the decline in pays. This isn't the biggest problem, it's not like old content was made more expensive, but nevertheless, some don't like this. Recently released businesses have also been relatively lackluster. You can, if you want to, do resets on cayo, so you don't have to redo the set ups every single time, but if you do that, you do want to go easy on it though. No more than twice an hour, which is what I've heard, I think if you try to earn money really fast it just declines anyways. If it ever does get really tiresome you can do that and save yourself some trouble. There are plenty of places like discords where you can surely get help with heists and what have you. You just gotta thug it out. Also, with 2 characters heists have seperate cooldowms between so if you are doing things normally, you can do it on one character and then the other, which reminds me, this also means 2 seperate acid lab boosts, so in actuality you get 2 a day, you just have to of course, do the dax missions on both characters (the fooligan jobs to get the equipment upgrades are annoying but it's one of the best businesses for it's relative ease). It's a grind no matter what you do but it doesn't have to be overly draining.

I was in a 300-H, testing myself against 2 raijus. Only one persisted against me before dissapearing for about 2 minutes, and eventually coming back. I continued to paddle him and he dissappeared again, shortly after which my tail spontaneously combusted. No explosion, no raiju behind me and the game didn't register it as anyones kill. I love the akula, then again I start to love every arial vehicle I use. It's not a memehicle but it can be used like one. Words can't describe what this game makes me feel when it annoys me. I try to make money fast, things go decently well, and efficiently, but then, when I want to do a sale, making my session and the time I spend that much more lucrative, I can't find one populated lobby with space for a ceo. I go to invite only, become a ceo (which for some reason has a delay before the option is displayed in your menu), then go to populated lobbies to start as a ceo, and it begins me with the icon in the players list, yet I'm not one. The option then ceases to appear at all and I'm spending like 15 minutes dealing with this. The success I had was defined by what followed and what followed almost ruined it entirely.

I think rockstar just programmed the game to alter parameters on a bunch of things to be several times worse if you make a certain amount of money or more in one day. It really feels like it.

It seems like the game starts to calculate that you suddenly need to be put into a session with a lot of pvp deaths to decrease how lucrative your activities are. It's worth mentioning I was playing into the next day. Maybe R* isn't about that kind of grinding lol. I have no idea. Could be nothing but things suddenly seemed to conspire against be after a certain point. I grinded more yesterday than usual, and I actually hadn't completed cayo perico even once on my current character till then. I surely hope that didn't do something.
I need to know what other cars have a livery similar to this one. I am aware of the Euros, Futo GTX, Cheburek and the Kanjo SJ. I suppose the Drift Yosemite also has a busier version of it. Are there more than that?
