Additionally, you have on both a stylist ranking were you fight others for rewards (diamonds and such.) In both you also can form groups/guilds. In LN in particular you have a home and can have 4 friends to do a weekly challenge to get stuff and decorate your room. In SN you live in a nice apartment where Nikki can greet you and do some stuff.

So now you have to stand around and afk for a while for it to drop, but keep having to check back in to shake the tree because for some pointless reason it can only ready 40 of it at a time... Now with the giantification ability, and all the star collection path being all in a nice row and not scattered, it's honestly just faster to run around and get them daily instead of letting the tree gather them for you, but it's there in case you forgot to grab them or something.
