So what's the criteria for who joins the lcb and gets turned into a sinner? Before this canto I thought it was clear that the main criteria was people who would naturally lead dante to golden boughs through delving into their past, but ryoshu not only didn't lead to any new golden bough, but she even created a situation where all the already collected boughs could have been lost, which completely shatters that theory.It can't be important people or key actors either, since ishmael, rodya and to a lesser extent heathcliff are on the team, ishmael and heathcliff could be revealed in the future to have the mark and that woudl clear them but rodya has already been confirmed to not have it.Moreover, we got confirmation that there's still unclaimed 5 boughs, if we assume that every sinner left will lead to a new golden bough including dante that leaves 1 free bough, so it's not like they ran out of boughs and had free spots and that's why ryoshu could made it into the team or that there wasn't a better choice than rodya, since anyone with any degree of relevance would have made a better choice than her if that was the criteria.So what the fuck was the criteria that assembled this band of retards then?
