-The first fight was very good, a great start to part 3, I don't have much else to say.
-The story of the first fight did what it was supposed to do, but I would have liked to know more about Callisto and her relationship with Albina. Perhaps the extra text found in the enemies' passive skills could have been used more.

-The second “fight” was mostly to show how strong Sinclair was in the future. I guess it was fine, but I would have liked to do something more than just watch and redirect the occasional clash (at least the fight isn't as bad as Matthias'). I guess it fulfills its role, but I would have liked something like the first fight.
-In Story, they just show us a little more of Callisto's mindset and practically nothing of Albina's (I guess she's not relevant, but still...). Then everything focuses on Sinclair from the future, overshadowing Callisto. The lore of the Second War is good, so I'm not complaining that much, but I think they should have improved how much lore they gave to Sinclair and Callisto.

Dulcinea would have been fulfilled going on the same adventures Sancho did, in general just anything that involved not being simply an accessory to spectacle but actively participating in something would have solved her problem. -The first fight is “meh.” I guess it serves mainly to show how strong Moses and the others are, but apart from fighting Kira, there's not much else to do. It's fine for an introduction, I suppose.
-The story satisfactorily narrates Matthias' relationship with Kira, his mentality as a father, and his relationship with Ryoshu. It was very good overall.

-The second fight is painfully boring and practically the same as the previous one. You defeat Kira, and not much else happens until Moses charges his attack and Kira attacks Vespa. I think PM could have done more and/or they could have also reduced the length of the fight.
-There is practically no story in the second fight, so I'll talk about Matthias' relic. The extra text in the sword's passive abilities should have been added to the main story. Not all of Matthias' story should have been in the passive abilities, but I guess it's okay...
The fact that he cut Kira in half without much remorse seemed spectacular to me in portraying his way of being and thinking.

Valencina was harsh, strict, and physically abused her, but this was most likely just so she wouldn't turn out like her, who once she managed to get exactly what she wanted became compliance and fucked her whole life in just 3 days, heavily hinted to be because she got super drunk.
Rien clearly loved and cherished her, and held his memories with her close, but he didn't want her to grow up. He wanted time to basically stop, so a prescript telling him to kill her wouldn't arrive, or that the fate that was basically imposed on her wouldn't come, or just so she wouldn't grow and they'd become separated.
Matthias was overprotective and wanted to build her a golden road, willing to spend any money he had to for her happiness, yet things like that is why she wondered 'would I have liked to go to school, if I was asked' when rising Araya.
Callisto loved her, and wanted to teach her everything he knew, wanting her to be a successful artist, but hyper-fixated on his own likes and career, never really considering what SHE wanted.
And as you said, Shimori did love her, but she wanted her to run away from her, wanted her to not become like her because she both hated herself and hated the idea of Ryoshu becoming just a better version of herself, preferring her to be her own person. And the only way she thought to avoid this was to make Ryoshu hate her as much as possible.

People 'ranking' the nursefathers just show their own biases. They're all more or less equally bad. They all love her, but are flawed parents in different ways.

Narratively, they should have given Udjat something useful to do to actually impress the played before they just super jobbed. Having them get instantly butchered without leaving a scratch on anyone each time they showed up is kind of poor way to handle them,. The only reason you would know they are supposed to be badasses is from Outis's uptie story.

-The fight is generally well done. First, you fight Lucio (eh...), and then Valencina and Vergilius join in. What makes this fight spectacular is Vergilius's ability to switch targets, Although it's practically the same as in “The Middle” (only Vergilius can do significant damage), it feels more interactive, apart from the fact that you can win some clashes against Valencina. Well executed and my second favorite “first fight.”
-The story is fine, there's not much to say, it does what you'd expect. Valencina's mentality and reasoning and her relationship with Ryoshu. Once again, the apprentice is ignored, but since they're not that relevant, it doesn't really matter. Once again, I don't like that all the important lore is in the extra text for the passive skills, but they serve their purpose.
