Ineffa might be better if you have R1 on her instead. And if Columbina doesn't have R1, then it's definitely Ineffa. Columbina with R1 has a much better Lunar-Charged score than Ineffa, which is what is making Aubade more valuable on mine than Ineffa at the moment. To be more precise with that, though, it's 140k DPS a rotation vs. 160k. Not very significant. In conclusion, it highly depends on your circumstances, but it's pretty interchangeable anyway so whoever gets a better set faster works.
